Hello Hans,
Have you ever ran SQLIO from a VM against a HP SAN CSV VHD? I am seeing unrealisticly high IO and MBps and am wondering if there might be a memory caching component in play, with the risk of potential data loss. Checked the MSft Virtual ATA driver but caching is not enabled.
